HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The shipping time consists of two elements -
Firstly there is the Order Processing Time. This involves verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging.
We utilise a secure checkout and payment verification procedure on our site to protect both the customer and Fiber Optics Eyewear. This extends our processing time to 3-5 days before we complete the verification process and fulfil orders.
Secondly is the Shipping time. The time taken for your item to arrive after it's been dispatched from our warehouses. Packages normally arrive between 3-5 Days in Australia or 10-20 business days for international customers (depending on your geographic location and availability of stock).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Fiber Optics Eyewear has it's warehouse located in Australia and ships direct to customers all over the globle. We are looking to establish warehousing facilities in the USA, UK and Europe to accomodate our international customers with faster shipping times.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be verified and processed (packed and shipped) and this normally takes 24hours - 48hours on business days. When this is completed, you will receive Shipping Confirmation emails including a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed including QA process, testing and packing within 24 hours commencing one day after your order has been placed.
Australia
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 5-7 days for delivery
Express Shipping typically takes 1-3 days for delivery
USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 1½ -3 Weeks for delivery
New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 1-2 Weeks for delivery
U.K & EUROPE
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 1½ -3 Weeks for delivery
Others Countries

*Note: on purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on the average data from past orders. Some orders may be faster, or slower depending on your location, local fulfilment centres and Customs.
We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier services.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 12 hours on the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
